Pioneers in cryopreservation
As global leaders in women’s health, City Fertility and CHA Medical Group have access to state-of-the-art fertility preservation technology for egg banking and storage. With CHA Medical Group being the first in the world to develop the vitrification (rapid freezing) method of cryopreservation, now a standard method used globally for egg, sperm and embryo freezing and storage, you can confidently safeguard your selected donor eggs and embryos (where applicable) for future use.

What is Cryopreservation?
Cryopreservation, also known as vitrification, is the procedure whereby cells are frozen to preserve them for future use. Scientists freeze the cells using special media then keep the vials in liquid nitrogen at minus 196C. Eggs, sperm, and embryos can be stored for many years while maintaining a reasonable quality.
