Dear Donor Recipients,
Due to unexpected operational issues, donor reservation processing is currently taking longer than usual. At present, you may experience a wait time of 5+ business days while we carefully review and finalise your donor match. We’re deeply sorry for any added stress this delay may be causing.
We want to reassure you that we are doing everything possible behind the scenes to reduce delays, prioritise urgent cases, and restore normal processing times, all while ensuring you continue to receive the personalised, thoughtful care you deserve.
